Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday except US Public holidays. Once your order is placed and payment processed you will receive an email with the status of your order and tracking information.
US standard delivery
Free US standard shipping for orders valued at $35 or more – the $35 threshold excludes the sales tax or the cost of shipping.
You can see the actual total amount with the sales tax and the shipping cost at the shopping cart before you place the order. Orders are shipped by USPS and should reach you within 3 to 7 business days from dispatch.
Please note that it will take a few extra days to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and it will take about 11 -15 business days.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

If the goods you wish to return or exchange were not purchased on our online store, please reach out where you purchased for resolution.
1.Cancelling before receiving a confirmation notice.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving a confirmation notice from us as long as you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please quote your name, address, order number and description of Goods.
2.Cancellation after receiving a confirmation notice.
Please contact us at email@example.com. within 30 days starting from the day you received the order confirmation email from us.

Upon receiving your cancellation notice we will provide you with instructions and address where to return the Goods. You must then immediately return the Goods to us at your own cost and risk. You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt.
We are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 30 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within 15 days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition.
3.Damaged, faulty or wrongly delivered goods.
Please contact customer service as soon as you receive the goods at firstname.lastname@example.org who will help you to arrange the refund. You will be refunded full purchased price, including the cost of shipment of sending the goods to you as well as the cost of returning the goods to us.
A refund will not be granted if the goods were damaged after delivery, misused or used other than in accordance with instructions or the problem reported is the result of normal wear and tear.
