This toner is solid - great ingredients, feels refreshing, and adds some moisturizing. Apparently it's popular in Japan - this is a solid toner in comparison to USA and Korean ones I've tried.
I love THE TONER! My analogy would be like splashing water into a desert. It absorbs quickly into my parched skin, and dries without any stickiness. My skin immediately feels softer afterwards, and I never have the tight pulling sensation I used to get towards the end of the day from dry skin. All day hydration is actually a thing!"I agree with the other reviewer that said the product packaging makes it hard to use since it is liquid, but I see that they now sell a bottle dispenser on their website. Nice little product. It feels good on my skin, moisturizing without any sticky feeling. The bag bottle can be a little weird to handle but it’s not anything too much to handle. I felt much more refreshed than I anticipated. Clean feel, no complaints.
